Delivery Information

UK Delivery Costs 

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched next working day after we recieve it. If you place an order on a Friday we will process your order on a Monday. Once dispatched, your order will usually take between 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Most of the time orders arrive quicker than this but we give these times as a guideline.

We use City Link, Collect Plus and the Post Office to deliver our orders.  They are recorded or tracked to provide a speedy service.

We ship our products all over the world so wherever you are you can place an order on DAISY ROOTS. Please bear in mind though that customs charges may be applicable for orders over a certain amount and it is your duty as the buyer to clear these charges with your local customs office. They will inform you of this.

 Delivery costs to mainland UK are as follows:

£3.95 for Wellie Socks . 

£4.99 for 1 pair of Adult wellies.

£5.99 For multiple sales.

We use weight based shipping to try and keep costs as low as possible.

       Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Northen Ireland will be subject to an extra delivery cost    please select the correct delivery option for your area when ordering.

Delivery to Scottish highlands and Isles £7.95

Delivery to Isle of Man and Northen Ireland  £9.50

IMPORTANT - If a courier makes two attempts at delivery and you fail to call to arrange delivery or collect you order from your local depot, there WILL be a re-delivery charge. If you fail to contact the courier and the parcel is returned to us as a failed delivery - ALL charges will be deducted from any refund (£6.30 for outbound and £12.50 for return to sender charge total £18.80). If you are not going to be available to sign for your order - please send to a work or relatives address.

             WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We can deliver to you overseas but as wellies are bulky items and are of vary in style and weight, it is impossible to give an accurate flat rate delivery price. The cost of parcels sent overseas depends upon the weight of the parcel and its destination. We will be happy to assist you with overseas delivery, all we ask is that you email us with your requirements giving the chosen style and size you require, together with a full postal address. We will then be able to get the correct pair weighed and then contact you with an accurate postal charge.
